Extra fees are charged to cover travel to your site plus accommodation and diagnosis.
Bug fixes that can be applied to existing hardware will be done at this time. Software updates will also be applied on the first visit. These fixes need no further parts or software.
If the problem can be rectified without any further processing, this will be the only cost.
Nonetheless, if any hardware or parts or further visits are required, further costs may apply.
AVERAGE HOURLY RATE: AUD $130.00 per hour on average
